Safari/Webkit webgpu not supporting timer queries

Description

I open a bug here : https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=288076 and create this issue in case someone else cross it.

Reproduction steps

When testing stats-gl on a threejs with WebGPURenderer on webkit it says 'Timestamp queries are not supported.'

• WebGPU & WebGL Timer queries flags are enabled.
