Reorder list in Preferences > Advanced

#22361 Introduces several new preferences for changing the color of in-score elements.

However, the advanced preferences list does not have any manual sorting capabilities—it's sorted by module and then alphabetically within each module.

New order

The options should be ordered as such:

• Palette scale
• Smooth panning
• All voices color*
• Voice 1 color
• Voice 2 color
• Voice 3 color
• Voice 4 color
• Anchor color
• Desynchronized color
• Formatting color
• Export invisible elements to MusicXML
• Limit MusicXML export for compatibility with MuseScore 3

I have some doubts though whether this deserves the "P1" label...

Does it prevent anyone from achieving their goal? Not really.
Is it something ridiculously silly in a prominent location? Also not really.

There are other issues that do satisfy these criteria but get lower priority...

@avvvvve, after version 4.4.4, you have to add to this list "Create backup of file on disk before saving new changes".
