"get NPR stories" menu item should appear on NPR pull post type instead of "Posts"

The "get NPR Stories" admin menu item is always an element of the "Posts" post type admin menu. There is a setting to assign a 'pull' post type for NPR Stories, and that post type defaults to "posts", but if that setting has been changed to a different post type the menu item should follow.
