Dashboard widget unstable at specific viewport size

The 25.1 dashboard has some widgets which will change modes between pie chart and table based on the viewport width. At larger widths, the widgets are tables, at smaller widths they are pie charts. Within a narrow range right in the middle, the widgets start quickly alternating between table and pie chart.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the dashboard page
2. Expand and reduce the browser window width until the widgets start to change mode
3. Find the point in the middle where the widgets become unstable
