vertically tiled windows doesn't return to the original position after fullscreen and exiting fullscreen

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. "Super + I" to vertically tile a window
2. fullscreen the window
3. exit the fullscreen
4. the window now leaves the vertical stack and becomes horizontally tiled

Expected behavior
the window returns to the original position(still vertically tiled).
