1.24 version doesn't pass Ghosts'n'Goblins test with mi Raspberry pi 3B and doesn't boot with my 3B+

As anticipated in the title, I have a Raspberry pi 3B, Installing the version 1.24 of the pi1541 firmware, does not pass the Gosts'n'Goblins test, the intro screen is corrupted and then, selecting start, the game does not load. I tried to use a previous version like 1.19 and everything works well.
I also have a Raspberry pi 3B+ (plus), but with this no firmware version works, but it doesn't really boot, the red LED lights up fixed, the green LED alternates 4 slow flashes and 7 fast flashes to infinity.
Have I discovered a bug that can be analyzed by you and then corrected? In general, can you help me solve the problem? Thank you.

I tried to install 1.23 firmware and all works well.
