…api-rs/canvas with canvas 3.0.1, upgrade jsdom to 26.0.0, and add new CSS-related packages. Remove deprecated packages and optimize existing ones for better performance.

This PR supersedes #7250.
jsdomhas now been updated with correct peer dependancy onnode-canvas: 3.0.0. Tests now work correctly on Apple SiliconUpdate dependencies in package.json and package-lock.json: replace @napi-rs/canvas with canvas 3.0.1, upgrade jsdom to 26.0.0.
