Difficulty with assignments for Carla and Input Remapper

I am running Bazzite, based on Fedora 39. Carla (An audio patchbay/plugin host) is installed as a flatpak. Carla is visible in top/etc as carla.bin
Input Remapper is installed via rpm in the system image, and is visible as input-remapper-

Here is the content of my /etc/system76-scheduler/process-scheduler/user.kdl

assignments {
	recording {
		carla.bin
		input-remapper-
	}

	games-background {
		Discord
	}
}

Discord is installed as a flatpak, that assignment matches correctly. Carla and Input Remapper do not.

What other information can I provide?
