Added variant prop to SubNav.Link

Summary

Add variant="default" option to SubNav.Link to increase contrast and legibility of link text on non-standard backgrounds.

E.g.

List of notable changes:

• Forward variant prop to SubNav.Link, allowing for default color to be optionally applied
• Muted remains the default
• Updated documentation
