Many documents related to rpi500 are missing, including theBCM2712 datasheet and circuit schematics.

We do not release circuit schematics of the Pi500.

There is currently no BCM2712 datasheet, and unlikely to be one in the near future. The RP1 datasheet which is still draft but soon to be worked on may be of use, as that covers much of the "Raspberry Pi'ness" of the device.
