Can run command "libcamera-hello"

I was trying to run this first set up command ("libcamera-hello") but my pi camera model v3 response me this:

Hi, is this an official Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 that you are using? Also, can you try this again on a fresh OS installation with full updates via apt only?
