Incorrect DATDIR Variable in Makefile Tests

I have reviewed the current list of issues, and I am surprised not to find this one mentioned. While running the tests specified in the Makefile, I encountered an issue where the DATDIR variable is incorrect. It appears to be missing a subdirectory. The correct value should be:

file: RTKLIB-demo5/app/consapp/convbin/gcc/makefile
DATDIR = ../../../../test/data/rcvraw

I'm not sure if this is because the tests are outdated or if the error is minor and has gone unreported. Nevertheless, I wanted to bring it to your attention.
