`hyperon_das` and `hyperon_das_atomdb` wheels are not including sub-dirs

hyperon_das and hyperon_das_atomdb wheels are not including sub-dirs, however, hyperon_das_atomdb_cpp and hyperon_das_node are including the sub-dirs.
Already compared BUILD files but didn't find a difference that could justify that.
