OS support notice in README

Please provide information on which OSes this lib works on.
Specifically, such terminal escape characters for colorizing do not work on Windows afaik.

Thanks. I don't have a Windows to test. Does it work in cygwin? Is it that as long as it's a POSIX shell it's gonna be fine?
