Build failure "Get:1 http://debian-archive.trafficmanager.net/debian bullseye/main amd64 golang-1.15-src amd64 1.15.15-1~deb11u4"

Hi,

We got compilation error while building sonic code.
We could observe "Get:1 http://debian-archive.trafficmanager.net/debian bullseye/main amd64 golang-1.15-src amd64 1.15.15-1~deb11u4 [13.9 MB]" is failed because of network issue.

Later we found that our firewall was restricting the "http" request and after adding a rule to allow "http" request for debian-archive.trafficmanager.net, build was successful.

We initiated another build, and found a similar error for the domain "http://packages.trafficmanager.net/snapshot/debian/20250130T000911Z"

Our clarification is, do we need to keep on adding such rules while observing similar error or there is some other way to handle this.
Normally as per organization firewall configuration, http (not secure) links will be blocked.
