Wrong version number on 1.4.14

After updating the lib on the Arduino IDE to the latest 1.4.14 :

In the src/config.h downloaded file I still got the old version number : 1.4.13

I tried to removed and downloaded again from the IDE but still got the same result.
Does the uploaded archive to arduino is wrong ?

After downloading the archive from https://www.arduinolibraries.info/libraries/watchy

I again see the config file say version number is 1.4.13 for the 1.4.14 archive
