send from tcpclient and receive in tcpserver

I've a question and hope you can help me. I can create TAP devices normaly I use two,e.g. tap0 and tap1. On Tap0 I want send Packets and receive Tap1. I've both Programs written and bind to the devices. I want build a connection between the Tap devices so I can send direct my Packets.
