Ok,
So why Android/data/com.termux applied also for USB sticks just before I did the factory reset ?
Do you understand that I am trying to find out if my Device was tampered ?
I could access the /mnt/media-rw/<usb-hash> , and there, I could see the usual private folders from Android/data/com.termux and more applications, in Android 14. I could also read/write to the root folder in the USB and so on ..
Also anytime I format a SD card in card reader , connected to USB port, it would create all the private folders, as it did anytime I format a USB sticks.
All this done in Android 14, Lenovo Tab P12 no-rooted, after doing a reset factory , as of now,
Running same Android 14, cannot access USB sticks, and as I mentioned, when formatting devices like USB sticks private folders are not created anymore, and when running termux-setup-storage, no linkes to the USB(connected) stick are made, so I have no access to the Termux private folder in the USB stick.

Grant MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE manually as detailed in the linked comment. If you still don't have access after force stopping termux, then nothing we can do.
Also Android/data/com.termux applies for external sd in sd card slot, not usb drives.

Has anyone had access to USB sticks on Android 14 no-rooted using Termux ?
So to make it more interesting, my issue is that I was able to access external USB drives, or sd cards (using a USB-reader), until I have the feeling that my Device was compromised, so after a Factory reset, I am now not able to access USB sticks or any external cards from Termux, also, when formatting a USB drive, from Android OS, there are no private folders created like before, just the LOST.dir.
Anyone has an opinion on this ?
