Add an option to disable/hide the new summary header by default

Is there a way to do that? From a brief look at the code that doesn't seem to be an option.

No there is no option for something like that. (Actually I don't think I introduced any options in the last 3 years.) Usually it either works out nicely in the long run or it must be reverted. 🤷
