Artist, Title and Album all together under "Title"#37

Hello.

I'm streaming an mp3 playlist to Icecast2 server and when I listen to it on foobar2000 I can see that only the title is populated and it contains all of the info: Artist, Title and Album all together.

Why is it like so?
