Multiple tile groups per frame?

I'm using rav1e to encode with tiles using --tile-cols-log2 and --tile-rows-log2. It looks like rav1e puts all the tiles in one group. Is there an option for rav1e to use multiple tile groups per frame?

There is not currently, though we already write OBU_FRAME_HEADER and OBU_TILE_GROUP separately so it's probably not much additional work.

I would try to make the change. (For example, an option to put each tile in its own separate tile group.) But I don't understand the code will enough to initialize the codec to do this.

For tiles within a tile group, does the code have a flag to turn off prediction between tiles or between rows?
