Links in admin request e-mail broken

I think this has to do with the fact that we don't pass only_path: false to the link_to helper, so it's just generating relative links inside the e-mail. This means that our original mailer config inside the environment files was fine so we don't need to move it back into the initializer. I think we should fix that e-mail view, move the config back to the environment files, and then release / deploy v3.4.8 with hopefully our final fix for the v3.4.x release.

Resolved links and moved hostname config back to the environment files. I've opened PR's for both release-v3.4 and master, but we'll now have to include this in v4.0.1 as well as v3.4.8 since we already releaseed v4.0.0.

I manged to test that the hostname configuration was working in production by running the app locally in production and sending myself a request e-mail. Given that assets were horribly broken, this required me to thrown in a binding.pry into one of our general before_filters (moving all the pry gems out of the development group in the Gemfile) and manually add an item to the cart and update the dates (since all of the JS was broken). I then changed the admin e-mail to my own e-mail, changed my view mode to normal, and filed a request and received an e-mail with working links (e.g. with example.com as the hostname).

#1023 should be reviewed ASAP so we can merge it in and hopefully push our final update to v3.4, and we can merge #1024 before we release v4.0.1.
